Wheel Refurbishment

We are experts at wheel refurbishment returning your damaged wheels back to their original pristine condition.

To ensure that the tyres and rims go back on the vehicle in the same position they are carefully paired up first then they are shot-blasted to remove any corrosion and existing paint, checked for any damage, which is repaired, prior to applying the appropriate coloured powder coating. They are then baked in an oven to dry the coating and obtain a good, hard finish. Following refitting of the tyres the wheels are balanced and put back on the car. Attention to detail is vital so it is a process that cannot be rushed so it would normally take two days to complete.

But the results are well worth the wait!

Vapour Blasting

Vapour Blasting (also known as Wet Blasting) is a process for removing contaminants from the surface of components and metals using pressurised water. With both commercial and domestic applications it is an effective method to bring old parts back to life without causing any damage.

Suitable for a wide range of metals it can be used for cleaning up small parts right up to new and classic engines, cars, motorcycles. But the scope of Vapour Blasting is not limited to the automotive industry as it can be used on any metal structure like old signage.

Using high pressure water it is perfect for removing debris, grease, paint, rust and corrosion to name just a few.
